We provide the following login methods:

  • Google Login (with required username and PIN setup)
  • Username and PIN login

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the App only for lawful and educational purposes. You must not:

  • Post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Harass or harm other users
  • Attempt to cheat or misuse academic resources
  • Use the platform for illegal activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI Teacher Disclaimer

Ankur Pathshala provides AI-powered assistance through "Live Teachers." These are automated systems designed to help with academic learning.

  • AI responses may not always be accurate
  • The App is not a replacement for real teachers or formal education
  • Users should verify important information independently

6. User Content and Social Features

The App includes social features such as posts, stories, and discussions.

By posting content, you:

  • Grant us the right to display and use your content within the platform
  • Agree that your content does not violate any laws or rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove any content at our discretion
  • Restrict or ban users who misuse the platform

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Ankur Pathshala offers paid subscriptions within the App.

  • Payments are processed through a third-party Bangladeshi payment gateway (SSLCommerz)
  • By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and policies of the payment provider
  • Pricing, billing cycles, and subscription details will be clearly displayed in the App

We may collect and process limited payment-related information necessary to complete transactions. However, sensitive financial data (such as card details) is primarily handled by the third-party payment provider.

We are not responsible for payment failures, processing errors, or issues caused by third-party payment services.

8. Virtual Currency ("Nuts")

The App includes a virtual reward system using "nuts."

  • Nuts are not real money and have no monetary value
  • Nuts cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded
  • Nuts may be used to redeem rewards via external services ("Nut Shop")

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, reset, or remove nuts at any time
  • Change reward availability without prior notice

9. E-Commerce and Third-Party Sellers

The Nut Shop and related rewards may involve third-party sellers.

  • Products are provided and fulfilled by external sellers
  • Shipping, delivery, and product quality are handled by those sellers
  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or disputes related to third-party products

10. Data Collection and Usage

We may collect the following information:

  • Full name
  • Username
  • Email address (for Google login users)
  • Phone number
  • Payment-related information (processed via third-party providers)
  • Conversation history with AI
  • User-generated content (posts, stories)

This data is used to:

  • Provide and improve the App
  • Process transactions and subscriptions
  • Personalize user experience
  • Maintain platform functionality

Payment data is handled in coordination with third-party payment providers (such as SSLCommerz), and their policies may also apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
