Community Guidelines for Ankur Pathshala

These Community Guidelines define the rules for using the social features of the Ankur Pathshala platform, including posts, comments, stories, and any user-generated content within the App.

By using the social features of Ankur Pathshala, you agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Purpose of the Community

Ankur Pathshala is an educational platform designed for students aged 12 and above. The community is built to support learning, collaboration, and positive interaction between students.

All users are expected to maintain a safe, respectful, and educational environment.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited in posts, comments, messages, stories, or any part of the platform:

2.1 Sexual or Adult Content

  • Nudity or sexually explicit content
  • Sexual messages, suggestions, or harassment
  • Pornographic material in any form

2.2 Violence and Harmful Content

  • Graphic violence or disturbing content
  • Content that promotes harm, injury, or abuse

2.3 Harassment and Abuse

  • Bullying or targeted harassment
  • Hate speech or discriminatory remarks
  • Threats toward individuals or groups

2.4 Illegal or Unsafe Behavior

  • Promotion of illegal activities
  • Encouraging dangerous or harmful actions

3. AI-Based Content Moderation

Ankur Pathshala uses automated AI moderation systems to ensure community safety.

The system detects:

  • Nudity or sexual content (text or images)
  • Harassment or abusive language
  • Violent or unsafe content

When such content is detected:

  • It may be automatically removed
  • The user may receive a warning or strike

4. Strike System and Account Enforcement

To maintain a safe environment, we use a strike-based enforcement system:

  • First violation: Warning or strike issued
  • Second violation: Further restriction on account features
  • Third violation: Permanent account ban

Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for all content they post or share on the platform. You should:

  • Think before posting
  • Respect other users
  • Avoid sharing inappropriate or harmful content

6. Moderation Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove any content that violates these guidelines
  • Restrict or ban accounts at our discretion
  • Update or modify moderation rules at any time

7. Safety of Minors

Since Ankur Pathshala is designed for students aged 12+, we enforce strict safety rules to ensure a secure learning environment for minors.
