Ankur Pathshala ("App", "we", "us", or "our") is a mobile learning platform developed and operated as a project under TEJ Intelligence. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share user information when you use our services.

  • AI chat conversations (Live Teacher interactions)
  • Social posts, stories, and comments
  • Quiz activity and learning progress
  • App usage behavior within the platform

2.3 Payment Information

  • Transaction-related data required for processing payments
  • Subscription purchase history

We do NOT directly store sensitive payment card details. These are handled securely by third-party payment providers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Provide AI-based educational responses through Live Teachers
  • Deliver personalized learning experiences
  • Enable social features such as posts, stories, and interactions
  • Process subscriptions and payments
  • Maintain platform security and prevent misuse
  • Improve App performance and user experience

4. AI Chat Usage

  • AI-generated conversations are used strictly for providing responses within the App.
  • AI chats are not used to train external public models
  • Conversations are processed to generate educational responses only

5. Data Storage

User data is securely stored using Supabase infrastructure.

  • Database hosting location: Seoul, South Korea (Northeast Asia region)
  • Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure managed by Supabase

6. Data Sharing

We may share limited user data with trusted third-party services only for operational purposes:

  • Google Vertex AI (for AI processing and response generation)
  • SSLCommerz (for payment processing)

These third parties operate under their own privacy policies.

7. Data Retention and Account Termination

  • Users cannot manually delete their accounts at this time
  • If a user account is banned, associated data may be automatically deleted after 7 days
  • We currently do not provide user-requested full data deletion services

We may retain data as required for security, legal, and operational purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 12 years and above.

We do not currently require parental consent for users under 18.

By using the App, users confirm they meet the minimum age requirement.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect user data.

However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored online.

10. Analytics and Tracking

As of now, we do not use third-party analytics or tracking tools.

However, our backend infrastructure (including Supabase) may collect basic operational logs required for system performance and security.

11. Virtual Currency (Nuts)

The App includes a virtual reward system called "nuts."

  • Nuts have no real-world monetary value
  • They cannot be exchanged for cash
  • They may be used to redeem rewards in the Nut Shop
  • We reserve the right to modify or reset the system at any time

12. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

  • AI infrastructure providers
  • Payment gateways (SSLCommerz)
  • Cloud database providers (Supabase)

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

13. Your Rights

At this time, users:

  • Cannot manually delete their accounts
  • Cannot request full deletion of personal data

We may update these rights in the future as the platform evolves.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
